Secure to planter - place a heavy object (like a cinder block, sandbag or bricks) at the bottom of your planter, then tie or bungee to the heavy object. Alternatively you can add the weight to the inside of the topiary ball.
Secure to the ground - pound landscaping stakes (tent pegs) close to each side of the topiary ball. Zip tie the topiary ball to the top of the stakes.
