DOMESTIC DELIVERY:

HUS & ROOMS INC. currently offers delivery within the Niagara Region for large items such as sofas, mirrors, and art. We do not ship these large items across the country due to their size and fragility. For delivery within the Niagara Region, please contact us at (905) 688-6060 or info@husandrooms.com, and we will assist you with your delivery needs.

Before purchasing, please ensure you have measured all doors, stairwells, and other access points to avoid any delivery issues. Curbside pickup is also available for all items.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
1. We do not ship internationally.
2.   We do not ship to PO boxes.
3.  Some items are excluded from our standard shipping policies,
as noted in their listings.

 

 SHIPPING RATES

 Free Shipping:
Orders over $200.00 CAD (before tax) qualify for free shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders under $200.00 CAD (before tax) incur a flat shipping fee of $16.00 CAD.

 

PACKAGING POLICY

At HUS & ROOMS INC., we are committed to environmental sustainability.
We aim to reduce the amount of new cardboard and packaging materials used in our deliveries. Therefore, your order may arrive in packaging that has been reused from our own stock.
Rest assured, this does not affect the quality or safety of your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unused,
and with all original packaging and tags attached.
3. Certain items such as custom orders, final sale items,
and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 2. Return Authorization:
Once your return is authorized,
you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

3. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs,
except in cases where the item was damaged upon arrival or incorrect.

 

4. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item,

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges:
